There is a big difference between working on your business and working in your business.
20% of the things you do will produce 80% of the results.
You need to make the 20% your priorities.
Here's an example of my priorities when I was brokering.
Weekly email to my database.
Weekly email to my realtor partners.
Monthly webinar.
Talk to five people a day about my business.
Monday updates to my Realtors on all of their leads.
Monday follow-ups with all of my pre-approvals.
This was to name a few.
If I was brokering today, a massive priority would be daily video posts across three platforms on social media.
Build the brand.
Build trust.
Ps. Wake up early.
