We’ll find the best-rated course, usually inexpensive, and use that as the foundation.

Then we layer on our own expectations, processes, and real-world context.

That way the basics are covered properly, and our time is spent coaching, not repeating what already exists.

Training isn’t about creating more content.
It’s about giving people the fastest path to competence.

Use what’s already built.
Then add your experience on top.
