At some point, I realized brokering was no longer filling my cup.
What I enjoyed most was coaching, mentoring, building tools, and helping people grow over the long term.
So instead of building a brokerage, I built a team around the things I love doing most.
The goal was simple: create an environment where brokers could thrive while getting ongoing support, coaching, and mentorship.
