A lot of brokers are creating content and getting engagement but nothing is turning into booked calls.
The missing piece is follow up.
Someone needs to be in the DMs, qualifying leads, replying to comments, following up, and moving conversations toward appointments.
Without consistent follow up, even great content ends up going nowhere.
