There comes a point where you have to decide what success actually means to you.

For years, Jewels chased the next milestone. The next award. The next level of recognition.

Then something changed.

When award season came around, she realized she didn't want to spend time campaigning for votes anymore. It no longer aligned with the business or the life she was trying to build.

Ironically, that was the year she won anyway.

Today, success isn't measured by trophies or volume.

It's measured by peace.

By enjoying the work.

By making a meaningful difference for her clients and being fully present in the life she's building outside of mortgages.

Sometimes the greatest achievement isn't reaching the next milestone.

It's realizing you don't need it anymore.

Jewels Ferris built a mortgage business to $100 million in volume and has been recognized with some of the industry's highest honours, including the Verico Chairperson's Club Award, the DLC Master Award, the CME Titan Award, and being named one of Kelowna's top mortgage brokers five years in a row.

After experiencing severe burnout, she rebuilt her business around peace, healthy boundaries, and creating an exceptional client experience instead of chasing bigger numbers.
