There isn't just one way to build a successful mortgage business.
I've seen brokers doing $40M+ with simple systems, Google Workspace, and great organization.
I've also seen brokers with highly automated client journeys that took hundreds of hours to build.
Neither approach is inherently better.
Automation is a great long term investment, but don't let FOMO convince you that you need a perfect system before you can grow.
Start with a process that works.
Improve it over time.
The best system is the one you'll actually use consistently.
