There is no way this model does not work.
It accomplishes many things.
I would not lose out on any business to the banks.
My clients would see me as a true expert and will want me in their corner for the long haul.
They will refer me to a lot of business.
I can get my marketing dialed in and have an identity as a mortgage broker.
