When someone tells me they want the lowest rate, my first response is simple.. why?
Are you trying to have the lowest payment on paper?
Give the bank the least amount of money?
Or be mortgage-free as fast as possible?
Those are completely different goals, and they lead to completely different strategies.
If someone truly wanted the lowest payment, we already know how to do that.
That’s not the real problem.
My job on a discovery call is to ask enough questions to uncover what actually matters, then line that up with the right solution.
Rate is just the entry point.
Clarity is where the real work starts.
