When I was brokering I realized I did not want my entire day mapped out like a robot.
Instead I focused on identifying the key buckets in my business that actually mattered.
Then I would create space in my calendar for those things and leave the rest flexible.
That structure gave me direction without feeling like every minute of my day was locked in.
