When I hit a content block, I don’t force it.
I open ChatGPT and talk through my process out loud, who I help, what they struggle with, and what I want to say.
From there, I ask for hooks first.
Not scripts.
Just scroll-stopping openers.
Once one hook clicks, I build a simple framework around it, problem, solution, outcome.
That’s how I plan five reels in one sitting, all in the 30–45 second range.
It’s not about being perfect.
It’s about removing friction so content actually gets made.
Clarity first.
Recording second.
