Getting mortgage clients from social media is easier than you think.
Every week I have a conversation with a student in the academy and it usually goes like this.
Student: Hey Ryan, I just got an application and I have to be honest, it seems too easy. I feel like I’m missing something.
Me: No, it’s that easy.
Student: Are you sure about that?? So, all I have to do is listen to you and do the boring things every day and I’ll have leads coming in that don’t cost anything?
Me: Yes.
Student: If it’s that easy, then why aren’t more people doing it?
Me: Good question.
Student: But I want to make a webinar for first time home buyers, I also want to show realtors how to get leads, and I have so many other good ideas.
Me: Don’t do that.
Student: So, just keep it simple and do what you say?
Me: Yes.
If what you’re doing isn’t working, maybe it’s time to try something else.
