You need to understand the numbers well enough to explain them simply.

Not with jargon.
Not with spreadsheets overload.

I’ll literally show them the amortization and say:
“You have $1,400 left over every month.”

That money is already there.
It’s just sitting in their bank account doing nothing.

All we’re doing is putting it to work, attaching it properly and paying down the balance over time.

When clients see it laid out that clearly, the numbers do most of the talking.

The real skill isn’t complex math.
It’s how you frame it so it actually clicks.
