We ran something called the Social 60 challenge. The rule was simple. Post five stories a day.

About 50 people joined and we tracked it like a scoreboard. Every day had a check mark. Miss it and you broke the streak.

By the end of 61 days the group had posted more than 9,000 stories.

What surprised everyone was how small the effort actually was. Most people finished their stories in about 15 to 20 minutes a day.

The real shift was the commitment. Once people knew others were tracking it with them, they showed up.

Consistency became the system. And the insights from doing it daily were worth far more than the challenge itself.
