Before you build a team or a brokerage, there’s one question you need to answer honestly.

Why do you actually want it?

Not the surface-level answer.
The real one.

For me, it wasn’t about ego or scale.

I loved sales.
I loved marketing.
I loved coaching.

But I was tired of helping people inside systems that weren’t built to support them long term.

So I asked a different question.

Why don’t I just coach my own people? Give them done for you tools?

The truth is, I had the answers.
I had the playbook.
I knew what actually worked.

If I didn’t have that, building a team would’ve been a massive risk.

A team only makes sense when you’re clear on what you’re fixing,
and who you’re building it for.
