When time is tight and approvals are slower, clarity is everything.

Set the tone early. Let your clients know the lender queue is 4–5 days deep and decisions must happen fast.

Give a clear deadline: “If we can’t decide today, I need an answer by 9 a.m. tomorrow.”

Sometimes you have to submit now and fine-tune later—just make sure it’s the right lender.

Speed wins when the clock’s ticking.
