There’s this belief in our industry that your CRM has to be perfect before you can do anything with it.
Clean data. Every field filled out. No gaps. No mess.
But if you’re not actually using the data, perfection is just procrastination.
Every client in your database has a story. A renewal check, a penalty review, a debt reset, or simply reassurance that they’re in a good spot.
Sometimes the value is finding an opportunity.
Sometimes the value is saying, “I checked, you’re fine.”
Either way, clients don’t need a perfect CRM.
They need to know someone is paying attention.
