I am not a big fan of the word "Scale".

People use it loosely, but real growth is slow and controlled.

It is organic.

Scaling often strips out the human side.
More systems.
More process.
Less connection.

That is not what I want.

We just show up.
Do what we say we will do.
And take care of our people.
