You want leads coming from your database, social media, referral partners, past clients, prospecting, and every other channel you've built over time.
The mistake most brokers make is trying to build all of them at once. Instead, focus on one lead channel at a time, build it properly, then move on to the next. Eventually, you'll have opportunities coming from everywhere.
